The Manager Global Brand Development & Marketing will develop marketing strategies and collaborate with various teams to create unforgettable consumer experiences for their toy and game brands.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for translation of brand strategy into integrated go-to-market plans for assigned brands and priority products, inclusive of objectives, positioning, target audiences, and channel mixExecute campaigns across retail, media, digital and social, creator, PR, events and more in close partnership with Senior Managers, cross-functional teams, and agenciesLead day-to-day program execution with internal and external partners, keeping work aligned, on brief, and moving forwardWrite clear, effective briefs and support creative development and asset production from concept through delivery and localization, leveraging AI where appropriateDeliver region-ready assets, toolkits, and calendars that enable adoption and adaptation at speed while maintaining brand cohesionTrack and measure against KPIs, synthesize learnings, and support optimization recommendations to improve impactManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned initiatives, ensuring executional excellence and on-time deliveryPartner with regional marketing teams and key accounts to ensure local insights, retail moments, and channel realities are reflected in plans and executionsWork closely with Brand Creative to ensure visual and tonal consistency across platforms, activations, and contentStay curious and proactively identify new formats, platforms, and cultural moments that help our brands connect authentically with consumersPrepare clear updates, recaps, and presentations that communicate plans, progress, and results to stakeholdersSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field5+ years in integrated consumer marketing/brand management with proven campaign/brand activation experienceData-driven mindset: Ability to review insights, pull out key learnings, and action against themTeam player: Ability to share and build on good ideasStoryteller: Ability to organize and share sophisticated information in a compelling way using story to persuade an audienceChannel knowledge: Knowledge of key marketing channels, including digital marketing and media, ecomm, social, YouTube, PR, and retailOrganization and detail orientation: Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detailStrong leadership and networking abilitiesProficiency in project management, Microsoft Office, and budget managementMBA a plusToy, Game or Licensing experience a plusBenefitsEmployees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.Health & WellnessTime Off to RechargeFinancial Well-beingLife & Family SupportVolunteer and Community InitiativesLearning & DevelopmentExclusive PerksCompany OverviewHasbro is engaged in providing children’s and family leisure time products with brands and entertainment properties.
