[Remote] Manager Financial Systems

The Manager of Financial Systems will oversee enterprise financial systems, ensuring effective ERP administration and collaboration with finance and technology teams to manage the financial systems project portfolio.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day ERP and financial systems administration, support, configuration, enhancement, and optimization, including NetSuite, Prophix, and related applicationsMaintain system configurations, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, integrations, documentation, and user access requirementsTroubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolution with IT, vendors, consultants, and business users, and minimize disruption to business operationsServe as the primary financial systems owner for system functionality, business process design, and system governancePartner with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Procurement, Treasury, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize requirements for financial systems projects and enhancementsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, test scripts, and implementation documentation for technical teams, consultants, vendors, and system administratorsLead or support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, deployment readiness, training, and adoption activitiesMaintain portfolio visibility by coordinating communication between business and technical teams and tracking deliverables, decisions, risks, defects, dependencies, and enhancement requests through completionDefine, develop, and support financial and operational reporting solutions using ERP reporting tools, SQL-based reporting environments, business intelligence platforms, and related data modelsPerform data analysis, validation, mapping, conversion, reconciliation, and quality control activities to ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and consistentSupport role-based security administration, segregation of duties reviews, audit requests, internal control requirements, and documentation supporting financial systems governanceCollaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, analytics needs, and enterprise reporting prioritiesIdentify and lead opportunities to automate manual work, standardize processes, improve data accuracy, strengthen controls, and accelerate finance and accounting workflows, including month-end close activitiesSupport workflow automation, integration solutions, business process governance, and best practices for financial systems utilizationProvide ongoing support, training, and guidance to business users regarding financial system functionality and process standardsPerform other functions as assignedPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required7+ years of progressive experience in financial systems, ERP ownership or administration, business analysis, finance transformation, or a related field required3+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required; experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Prophix, or similar budgeting and planning applications preferredDemonstrated experience gathering and managing business and functional requirements, facilitating stakeholder sessions, documenting process flows, and translating business needs into functional specificationsDemonstrated experience leading or coordinating multiple concurrent ERP or financial systems projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, reporting initiatives, UAT, change management, and process improvement effortsDemonstrated working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, finance operations, internal controls, and data governance requiredERP ownership, administration, and financial systems support, with NetSuite strongly preferredFinancial reporting, analytics, data validation, and dashboard developmentAdvanced Microsoft Excel; SQL reporting and data analysis; Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferredBusiness process mapping, requirements documentation, UAT planning, and workflow analysisData governance, data quality management, system controls, and access managementStrong documentation, presentation, stakeholder management, and program/project delivery skillsMBA, master's degree, CBAP, PMI-PBA, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, or related certification preferredExperience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Prophix, or similar budgeting and planning applications preferredHealthcare, multi-entity, shared services, or large distributed operating environment experience preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel;
