[Remote] Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the company's financial strategy, reporting, and operational excellence, overseeing financial reporting, planning processes, and serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end process for enterprise financial consolidation across all business units and geographies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in resultsDevelop, maintain, and automate standardized management and operational reporting to support executive visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision supportDrive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics to enhance insight generation and forecasting precisionCollaborate closely with the Accounting organization to ensure alignment on close processes, reporting timelines, and variance explanationsOwn preparation and delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive leadership, the CEO, and the Board of DirectorsDevelop clear, data-driven narratives and visuals that communicate company performance, key trends, and strategic initiativesPartner with the CFO and senior finance leadership to manage the Board and Investor reporting calendar, including ad-hoc analysis and presentations for Thoma Bravo and other stakeholdersSupport quarterly business reviews (QBRs), board meetings, and investor updates by producing insightful dashboards, forward-looking performance summaries, and performance against strategic prioritiesOversee and continuously improve the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the enterpriseEstablish and monitor key growth metrics, including SaaS performance indicators (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc.), to support data-driven decision-makingProvide strategic financial analysis and scenario modeling to guide short- and long-term growth strategies, investment opportunities, and organizational efficiencyServe as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders, providing actionable insights and financial guidance to drive performance and accountabilityLead administration and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning and related financial systems, ensuring system integrity, scalability, and integration with ERP and CRM platformsDevelop and implement standardized FP&A processes, reporting templates, and best practices across all finance functionsDrive automation and efficiency in data management and reporting workflowsManage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional growth and promoting analytical excellenceChampion a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-based organizationProven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and planning, including experience preparing materials for executive leadership and Boards of DirectorsAdvanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar tools) and strong understanding of ERP and data integrationsDeep knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, business models, and unit economicsDemonstrated success managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environmentExperience supporting investor relations, capital planning, or strategic finance initiativesExposure to automation and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) for enhanced reportingStrong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly and persuasivelyBenefitsPurpose led company with a Values focused culture – Best Life, One Team, Growth MindsetTime Off – with our open PTO policy, we offer flexibility in how and when you take PTO!Days of Disconnect – once a quarter, we take a collective breather and enjoy a day off together around the globe. #oneteamParental & Pawternity Leave – we offer leave for when your family grows by two feet or four paws!Best Life Perk – we are committed to meeting you wherever you are in your fitness journey with a quarterly reimbursementMedical/Dental/Vision coverageEAP – we get you help when you need it.
