[Remote] Manager - Finance Reporting and Analytics

The Finance Reporting & Analytics Manager will drive the execution of CVS Enterprise Finance’s reporting strategy, delivering scalable and automated reporting solutions while collaborating with Finance and IT stakeholders to modernize reporting capabilities.ResponsibilitiesExecute enterprise finance reporting strategy aligned with business objectives and data governance standardsSupport design and implementation of standardized reporting across key finance processesDrive adoption of modern SAP and Non SAP reporting tools and embedded analytics capabilitiesPartner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutionsWork with IT and data teams to ensure alignment with architecture, data models, and system capabilitiesCommunicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively to stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effortDrive automation and performance optimization across reporting workflowsSupport data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across reporting outputsSupport planning and execution of reporting initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scopeManage priorities across multiple reporting requests and projectsProactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation actionsSkills5+ years of experience in hands-on reporting, analytics, or related rolesExperience designing and developing financial reports and dashboards with tools like SAP BW, SAP BW/4 HANAStrong analytical, problem-solving, project management and communication skillsExperience in large-scale enterprise environments (healthcare or retail preferred)Hands-on experience in any reporting/dashboard solutions e.g. SAP SAC, Power BI, Tableau etcExperience working with cloud data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)Familiarity with AI/ML tools and solutionsBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This full
