Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brother USA is seeking a Manager for their District Sales in the Sewing & Craft Division. This role is responsible for increasing sales, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with Brother Dealers, while also managing account calls and participating in events.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a high level of customer service and account managementIncrease sales and Brother’s market shareEstablish and support new dealers in open areasProvide in depth knowledge of Brother’s HAD productsCreate sales strategies with the account to increase Brother’s SalesWork through complex problems and solves a wide range of issues where precedent may not existPlan and provide support for National Shows, events and offer guidance on merchandisingIncrease Brother brand awareness in dealer’s stores by working with dealers to add and improve Brother branded promotions and Brother selling areas with the storeActively participate in related vertical market events, including but not limited to trade shows, technology seminars, and association meetingsTravel to accounts/trade shows/seminars/meetingsCollaborate with management to create a sales strategy for the assigned accounts and provide a blueprint of specific sales actions needed to achieve and/or exceed regional sales goalsMonitor sales activities and make adjustments, when needed, to refocus selling strategyStay current with market trends and competitive activitiesProvide feedback to sales and marketing managementPerform a wide variety of administrative, analytical, and reporting functionsAnalyze sales resultsConduct quarterly business reviewsMaintain an updated and proactive calendarReport accurate POS data and create monthly sales reports detailing sales opportunities and market conditionsSkillsBachelor's Degree Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 7 years experience in sales/selling role or environment, with an emphasis on driving sales resultsDemonstrated experience building rapport in customer/client-facing roleMinimum 2 years sewing, embroidery and/or crafting experienceSAP, Cognos and CRM softwareMS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.)Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationshipsGood written and verbal communication skillsHave the ability to quickly assess and define a customer's business needs (such as: processes, competitive issues, pressures and vendor partnership)Good organization skills of professional standardsSelf-motivatedBenefitsThis position is eligible for a 26k sales bonus in annual total at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on individual performance and in alignment with company sales and bonus plans.This position is also eligible for a 6.86% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans.Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.This position is also eligible for an auto allowance paid monthly in the first pay period of each month.
