The Manager, Commercial Program Management supports the execution of strategic commercial and partnership initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to drive business-critical partnerships and ensure alignment across functions.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end commercial program execution lifecycle for assigned initiatives, including supporting commercial leadership in defining objectives, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and establishing program management frameworksClearly understand assigned programs’ objectives, commitments and timelines and facilitate the company’s management and timely completion of milestonesCollaborate with leadership to set priorities, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports on initiative status and impactProactively identify and mitigate risks, and appropriately escalating to leadership as needed, to ensure commercial program successFoster effective communication and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional meetings and deliver clear, actionable program updates to leadership and executivesAnticipate and resolve conflicts or barriers to program success through timely issue escalation and resolutionLead the proposal development process from opportunity identification through submission, ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop compelling, data-driven proposals that strengthen Kairos Power’s market positionSupport the creation, implementation, and optimization of partnership programs aligned with Kairos Power’s business goals and missionMaintain and strengthen relationships with customers and partners through data-driven insights and proactive engagementEvaluate customer and partner feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvementPartner with Commercial and Strategy teams to ensure initiatives are structured effectively to achieve intended outcomesProvide input on strategic planning and prioritization to align initiatives with organizational goalsPartner with internal stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality, ensuring data quality, user adoption, and system effectivenessDevelop and implement CRM-related processes to support customer engagement, business development, and partnership managementPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business or Engineering related field of study5+ years of experience in program management, project management, customer/partner management or a related fieldDemonstrated success in building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes through collaboration and effective communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for creative solutionsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloadStrong candidates will have experience in (i) partner/customer management/success roles; (ii) roles managing initiatives/collaborations, which impact technology development/supply chain/costAttentive to detail with a demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality work productsVersatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt job responsibilities as required to meet the demands and opportunities of a rapidly growing companyAbility to work with highly collaborative team membersAbility to proactively collect, manage and transfer knowledgeAbility to seek different and novel ways to create efficiencies when working on problems, challenges, and issuesStrong business acumen and the demonstrated ability to manage work based on company and partnership business prioritiesAbility to interpret commercial contracts and agreements to extract commercial milestones, requirements and timelinesMaster's in Business related field of studyExperience in the energy sectorRelevant experience from directly within the nuclear energy industryBenefitsCompetitive compensation packagesMedical, dental and vision benefits for employees and their dependentsPaid Vacation401(k) and pre-tax health insurance, dependent care, and commuter benefits (FSA)Company OverviewKairos Power is an ancient Greek word that relates the importance of timeliness and a call to action.
