[Remote] Manager, Campaign Operations

The Campaign Operations Manager will lead a team responsible for building, QAing, and launching high-quality CRM campaigns, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage and develop a team of Campaign Operations Associates, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in campaign execution
ā¢ Own the high quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for your audience
ā¢ Identify new processes, talent development and tools required to improve the quality, craft and production efficiency of campaigns each quarter
ā¢ Develop and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors
ā¢ Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your line of business, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities
ā¢ Leverage AI, Braze and in-house marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech or Lifecycle Marketing, with at least 2 years leading 3+ reports
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP is required
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality
ā¢ Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
ā¢ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
ā¢ Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, build business cases for investment, and optimize campaign development and quality
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
ā¢ Experience leading a Marketing Operations team preferred
ā¢ Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus
