In this role, you will drive growth and expand capabilities across geospatial solutions by managing sales programs, developing business plans, and maintaining relationships with distributors and trade partners.ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, execution and roll-up for all sales programs for assigned regionsDevelopment and implementation of annual business plans, contingencies and the recommendation of on-going modifications to achieve the approved volume, share, spending and profit objectives of the businessAssist in preparing strategic plans and contingencies for management review and approval to guide long-term business planning/developmentManage programs productively through internal and external groups to ensure sound execution of all programs and appropriate financial managementAnalyze (and supervise the analysis of) the business (including market research) on a continuous basis to ensure plans/programs are appropriate to evolving business needs and recommend strategic/tactical changes as appropriateWork with advertising/market research agency for international media and trade shows and publicationsFind and establish long term work relationships with qualified sales agents/distributors in countries where selling isnβt prudentMaintain continuous contact with Distributors and Trade to ensure smooth program execution, adjust programs to changing market needs and be viewed as a Thought Leader within customer networkIdentify and initiate business building, cost savings and new product improvement opportunities and manage the activities necessary for implementation in the fieldDevelop opportunities through full sales cycle including negotiation of pricing and termsSkillsBA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Consulting, Stormwater or Erosion Control or related field5+ years of related professional and progressive Sales experience, particularly with geosynthetics or construction industriesMust be able to network with international contacts and generate leads from established resourcesProficient in MS OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organizationSelf-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customersDemonstrated skills in problem solving and negotiationStrong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressureAbility to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlinesAbility to lift/move up to 80lbsAbility to walk through construction sites and handle materials during installation setupMust have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicleMust be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teamsMust be able to travel up to 50%MBA or other advanced degree a plusPrior experience as a design engineer with sales experienceCompany OverviewReynolds Consumer Products provides quality household essentials and world-class brands.
