Leading the integration of data from various sources, identifying gaps, and developing process improvements to increase efficiency
Serving as a business lead for system design and testing new capabilities, as well as evaluating vendor performance and data quality
Driving change management and process improvements to support business objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and validation processes are in place
Reviewing and assessing assignments, including recording and evaluating internal controls
Conducting periodic updates of analytical schedules and departmental production systems
Exploring and evaluating alternative solutions to address business needs
Required Capabilities:
Experience with IT application development lifecycles and methodologies
Ability to influence others by transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights
Proficiency in SAS, SAS EG, Python, and SQL server for data analysis and reporting
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Vendor management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform testing and quality assurance activities
Participation in system design and implementation
Ability to review and validate reporting accuracy against source documents and databases
