PTR Global is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering & AIOps Strategy to drive enterprise AI initiatives across a large-scale technology organization. This strategic leadership role will focus on developing AI roadmaps, guiding engineering teams, and establishing governance frameworks to create business value through AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute AI, Generative AI, and AIOps roadmaps aligned with business objectivesIdentify opportunities to leverage AI agents, predictive analytics, automation, and GenAI across technology and operations portfoliosPartner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI investments and establish execution plansLead the transition of AI solutions from proof of concept to scalable production deploymentsEstablish governance frameworks, operating procedures, and success metrics for AI-enabled productsGuide engineering teams on AI/ML architecture, GenAI applications, RAG solutions, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native deploymentsDrive MLOps and AIOps best practices, including deployment pipelines, monitoring, observability, and model governanceCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to accelerate AI adoptionCommunicate strategy, progress, and business outcomes to executive stakeholdersMentor and support technical teams while helping establish scalable delivery and prioritization processesSkills8+ years of experience in AI/ML, platform engineering, cloud transformation, or technology leadership3+ years leading teams or enterprise AI/ML initiativesExperience building AI, GenAI, or machine learning roadmaps and bringing solutions into productionStrong understanding of MLOps and AIOps, including deployment, observability, governance, and lifecycle managementExperience working within AWS cloud environments (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, Step Functions, or similar services)Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including RAG architectures, AI agents, and orchestration frameworksUnderstanding of APIs, distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and platform enablementExperience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, product, and engineering stakeholdersStrong communication and executive stakeholder management skillsExperience leading enterprise AI transformation programsExperience establishing AI governance and Responsible AI practicesFamiliarity with AI Centers of Excellence and enterprise operating modelsExperience with modern AI frameworks and deployment ecosystemsBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401K contributionsAny other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or workCompany OverviewPTR Global provides IT and professional staffing and workforce solutions for contingent and permanent roles across industries.
