Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution. Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business transformation projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and presentation software. Experience in developing strategic plans and operational improvement frameworks. Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to clear solutions.
