This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who will support process improvement initiatives and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Responsibilities Support sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospective sessions to ensure continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of Agile workflows across projects Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to management Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and progress Monitor project performance metrics and contribute to status updates for stakeholders Skills Accredited Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field 1-2 years of project experience applying Agile frameworks Foundational knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance Experience working with Navy program offices or Agile project delivery within a government setting Ability to create Agile workflows/stories using legacy processes, metrics, and data points Knowledge of Navy RMF process and Information Assurance practices and tasking Company Overview ISHPI works in concert with other defenders of the Homeland to fortify national preparedness, agility, strength and advantage in the cyber domain – a readiness state we refer to as an Holistic CyberStance™.
