The role involves developing evaluation frameworks, maintaining RAG architectures, and deploying systems in production environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and ship agentic LLM pipelines, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, reflection loops, long-horizon planning, and memory systemsBuild evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability, performance, and safety across a wide range of tasksDevelop and maintain RAG architectures, vector databases, and external tool integrationsDeploy, optimize, and scale agentic systems in production environmentsTranslate cutting-edge AI research into practical, production-ready solutionsSkills5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Applied AI with strong hands-on LLM expertiseStrong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging FaceProven experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGenDeep understanding of tool-use patterns and workflow orchestrationExperience building RAG systems and working with embedding modelsCompany OverviewWorkGenius Group is the global talent solution for today's fluid labour market.
