The ideal candidate will work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to create ML models and optimize their performance in production environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, recommendation systems, and NLP applicationsBuild and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deploymentCollaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into ML solutionsDevelop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for model servingMonitor model performance, retrain models, and implement MLOps best practicesWork with large-scale structured and unstructured datasetsOptimize model accuracy, scalability, and reliability in production environmentsImplement CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment and lifecycle managementSkills5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data ScienceStrong programming skills in PythonExperience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoostStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structuresExperience with SQL, data processing, and feature engineeringHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps toolsKnowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and model deploymentExperience working with distributed computing frameworks such as SparkBenefits401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceCompany OverviewRapid Eagle Inc. is one of the premier IT Staffing and Development company with its Head Office in Fremont, CA, USA.
