[Remote] M&A Integration Project Manager

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of M&A integrations across the Customer Technical Success (CTS) organization. This role is responsible for translating deal strategy into executable integration plans, ensuring Day 1 readiness, business continuity, and progression toward full enterprise integration.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end integration delivery for acquisitions from post-close through integrationPartner during diligence phase to assess operational impacts, risks, and integration requirementsDevelop and execute integration plans, timelines, and milestones, including phased offering integration strategiesDefine and manage interim, transitional, and future-state integration phases (e.g., Day 1 to phased rollout to full integration)Drive Day 1 readiness, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and customer experience alignmentCoordinate across GTM, Product, Strategy, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teamsRepresent CTS within core working teams and functional workstreams, ensuring alignment on integration executionIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and decision points across integration activitiesEnsure alignment between interim solutions and long-term system and process integration strategyTrack and manage integration progress, milestones, and execution healthSupport transition from manual or interim processes to scalable, system-enabled solutionsSkills7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or complex operations deliveryProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving, planning, and execution skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesExperience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Customer Operations, or Product Support environmentsFamiliarity with integration frameworks (e.g., Day 1 readiness, phased integration models)Experience working with global, matrixed organizationsAbility to balance short-term operational needs with long-term scalable solutionsBenefitsAnnual cash bonusesCommissions for sales rolesStock grantsA comprehensive benefits packageCompany OverviewAutodesk develops 3D design software for use in the architecture, engineering, construction, and media industries.
