What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a luxury call center setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated customer service experience within a 5-star hotel environment
- High school diploma or GED is required for this role
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
