They are seeking an experienced Lubricant Distributor Account Manager to grow and manage a distributor network for industrial lubricants, ensuring performance and compliance while enhancing supply chain efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a distributor network by collaborating with internal teams and converting existing distributors into more efficient operationsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key distributor and customer stakeholders to enhance collaboration and service deliveryIdentify and resolve operational inefficiencies through data-driven analysis, on-site visits, and implementation of corrective action plans (CAPs)Drive sales performance and support distributor product knowledge by creating targeted action plans, coordinating trainings, and generating customer-focused proposalsEnsure compliance and communication across the distribution network by reporting activities in Salesforce, communicating pricing/product updates, and supporting audits and quality initiativesTravel. Be able to travel frequently, 50%+Skills5+ years working with lubricant distributors – industrial lubricant knowledge preferredKnowledge of distributor operations; how distributors make money.
