[Remote] Loss Mitigation Associate - Work From Home (Dallas, TX)

The Associate, Loss Mitigation is primarily responsible for managing a queue of delinquent accounts 80+ days past due through charge off by investigating, monitoring and resolving accounts.ResponsibilitiesManage a queue of delinquent 80+ days past due accounts. Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed per position. Ensure all account activity is properly documented per department standards.
