[Remote] Loftware Consultant

Bayforce is seeking a Senior Loftware Consultant to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement services for an enterprise labeling environment. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting label development, maintaining integrations, and recommending improvements to existing processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support and administration of Loftware labeling solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve application, printing, label design, and integration issuesConfigure, modify, and maintain label templates and business rulesSupport upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system maintenance activitiesPartner with business users to gather requirements and implement label changesAssist with printer connectivity, print server, and enterprise labeling workflowsAnalyze root causes of production issues and implement long-term solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articlesCollaborate with ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, and infrastructure teams as neededProvide recommendations for process improvements, system optimization, and best practicesSkills5+ years of experience supporting Loftware solutions in an enterprise environmentStrong experience with Loftware administration, configuration, and troubleshootingExperience supporting label development, maintenance, and production support activitiesAbility to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issuesExperience working directly with business stakeholders and end usersStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Loftware Spectrum and/or Loftware CloudExperience integrating Loftware with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platformsManufacturing, supply chain, distribution, life sciences, or retail industry experienceExperience with Zebra or other enterprise printing technologiesExposure to barcode, RFID, and regulatory labeling requirementsPrior experience serving as a Loftware SME, lead consultant, or solution architectCompany OverviewBayforce is an information technology company that provides ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions.
