IMN Enterprises is seeking a Locums Recruiter to specialize in the search, recruitment, and placement of Physicians on a permanent and locum tenens basis within the United States. The role involves managing recruitment activities, building targeted searches, and maintaining communication with clients and providers to ensure successful placements.ResponsibilitiesRecruit Providers to determine if they meet basic qualifications based upon the client profile and position specifications:Build targeted recruiting/list searches of qualified providers using appropriate tools (UltraStaff, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Resume Boards, Industry Publications, Online Sources, Conferences, and others)Manage searches process with attention towards accuracy, speed, and ultimately qualified candidate identificationProactively recruit providers for positions using marketing, email, and phoneFrom pool of providers, identify the best quality providers by reviewing resumes for background, industry experience, education, and job historyUtilize the telephone as primary tool for communication with Clients and ProvidersAccurately maintain database based upon company standardsCross reference database with LinkedIn connectionsManage Ultra-Staff lists and Distribution Lists (current and past database searches)Provide management with various reporting regarding candidate/client progress, search metricsDevelop Client Base and secure positions within the client base for which to fillProvide positions for recruiters to fill and work closely with recruiters to fill those positionsResearch various resources for candidate, competitor, industry, and association information through:Maintaining current knowledge of trends for multiple industries through researching periodicals and industry news as well as participating in various associationsEvaluating and/or testing new websitesSkillsRecruit Providers to determine if they meet basic qualifications based upon the client profile and position specificationsBuild targeted recruiting/list searches of qualified providers using appropriate tools (UltraStaff, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Resume Boards, Industry Publications, Online Sources, Conferences, and others)Manage searches process with attention towards accuracy, speed, and ultimately qualified candidate identificationProactively recruit providers for positions using marketing, email, and phoneFrom pool of providers, identify the best quality providers by reviewing resumes for background, industry experience, education, and job historyUtilize the telephone as primary tool for communication with Clients and ProvidersAccurately maintain database based upon company standardsCross reference database with LinkedIn connectionsManage Ultra-Staff lists and Distribution Lists (current and past database searches)Provide management with various reporting regarding candidate/client progress, search metricsDevelop Client Base and secure positions within the client base for which to fillProvide positions for recruiters to fill and work closely with recruiters to fill those positionsResearch various resources for candidate, competitor, industry, and association informationMaintaining current knowledge of trends for multiple industries through researching periodicals and industry news as well as participating in various associationsEvaluating and/or testing new websitesCompany OverviewA privately, woman-owned and led family of healthcare staffing companies with 30+ years of leadership experience.
