[Remote] Localization Life Sciences Business Development Manager

The Localization Life Sciences Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and targeting companies that will value Sesen's services, managing accounts, and driving the RFP/RFI process to secure major multinational accounts.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and targeting forward-thinking companies across the globe who will value our servicesManaging existing international accountsDelivering tailor-made solutions to clientsGuiding rising companies to encourage global expansionCoordinating project execution alongside the operations teamGrowing and maintaining relationships with key accountsDriving the RFP/RFI process through cold-calling, networking, email, etcSkills1-3 years of experience in a similar sales roleHunter Sales Mindset!Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environmentBachelor's Degree or above (or currently studying) or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedExperience working as part of a team in an international environmentSales experience from the localization industry is an assetHigh-level knowledge of commercial translation tools a plusExperience selling complex and large technical solutions to multinational companiesExpertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing, and multilingual publishing is a plusCandidate must be highly motivated, ambitious, and flexiblePossess a high level of energy and integrityHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsTake a pro-active approach to their work in terms of being a self-starterExcellent focus on business: awareness of competitive environment, ability to always look for new opportunitiesCreative thinker who takes the initiative to get tasks completed and investigates new ways of accomplishing goalsAbility to meet or consistently exceed sales quotasCompany OverviewSesen is a life sciences translation and localisation company that provides multilingual services for pharmaceuticals and medical device.
