ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Able to travel to any agreed upon locations in your covered area(s) to notarize loan document(s). ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to perform loan signings and generally contract with signing services, title companies, lenders, and brokers to assist with their loan signings. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment BENEFITS: • 401(k)
