[Remote] Loan Closer – Sir Lends A Lot LLC

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sir Lends A Lot LLC is a fast-growing private lender that specializes in funding Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction loans. They are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Closer to manage the closing process, coordinate with all parties, and ensure a seamless borrower experience while supporting post-close loan performance. Responsibilities Order and manage appraisals, title, and insurance Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and agents throughout the transaction Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met Deliver a smooth, professional closing experience for every borrower Review and approve entity documentation and borrower structure Prepare and deliver complete closing packages at least 48 hours prior to closing Review title commitments, exceptions, and required endorsements (per legal guidance) Ensure all closing documents are properly executed Balance closing figures and authorize funding upon final approval Ensure modifications, extensions, and required documents are completed on time Monitor insurance expirations and coordinate renewals proactively Support data transfer to servicing (UPB, escrow, ACH, etc.) Assist with payoffs, servicing transitions, and loan sales Coordinate with loan buyers on outstanding conditions or stipulations Support asset management efforts (payoffs, issues, escalations as needed) Train and support new team members as the team grows Help improve internal processes and closing workflows Skills Detail-oriented and client-focused Ability to own the closing process from start to finish Experience coordinating all parties and managing documentation Ability to ensure loans close on time Experience delivering a seamless borrower experience Ability to support post-close loan performance and client retention Experience in client and vendor coordination Ability to order and manage appraisals, title, and insurance Experience coordinating with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and agents Ability to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met Experience in reviewing and approving entity documentation and borrower structure Ability to prepare and deliver complete closing packages at least 48 hours prior to closing Experience reviewing title commitments, exceptions, and required endorsements Ability to ensure all closing documents are properly executed Experience balancing closing figures and authorizing funding upon final approval Ability to ensure modifications, extensions, and required documents are completed on time Experience monitoring insurance expirations and coordinating renewals proactively Ability to support data transfer to servicing Experience assisting with payoffs, servicing transitions, and loan sales Ability to coordinate with loan buyers on outstanding conditions or stipulations Experience supporting asset management efforts Ability to train and support new team members Experience helping improve internal processes and closing workflows Ability to close 20–25+ loans per month consistently Experience ensuring strong borrower and vendor communication throughout the process Ability to maintain zero post-closing compliance issues Benefits Health care stipend Company Overview SLA Capital | Private Real Estate Lending for Investors At SLA Capital, we help real estate investors close fast with flexible funding solutions built for today’s market.
