They are seeking Licensed Attorneys, Associates, or Legal Counsel to apply their legal expertise in evaluating and improving AI's legal reasoning and document interpretation capabilities. Responsibilities • Design and solve real-world legal reasoning and case analysis scenarios to test AI’s understanding • Write clear, structured legal analyses and arguments across contract law, corporate law, torts, criminal law, and ethics • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to legal standards • Collaborate with researchers to improve AI’s understanding of statutes, case law, and procedural frameworks Skills • Strong experience as a Licensed Attorney, Associate, or Legal Counsel • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree required • Strong English writing, reasoning, and analytical communication skills • Comfortable using web-based tools for annotation and review • No prior AI experience needed; training provided • Active bar membership (or equivalent jurisdictional license) preferred Benefits • Competitive compensation • Fully remote work environment • Flexible hours • Opportunity for contract extension based on performance Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
