Remote Live Chat / Tele Chat Support
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat / Tele Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and telephone
ā¢ Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
ā¢ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses

Qualifications:
