Key Responsibilities Respond to live chat messages on company websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Deliver discount codes and share sales links as needed to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Follow provided steps and instructions closely to ensure consistency and quality in your responses. Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). A reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
