Collaborate with teammates and team leads to improve workflows and share insights.
Follow internal service protocols to ensure a consistent customer experience.
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity).
Ability to navigate online platforms, browsers, and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Self-discipline and reliability in a remote work setting.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Previous customer service or support experience.
Experience using customer support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
