Position Overview

Key Responsibilities


Live Chat Support: Respond to incoming live chat inquiries from visitors and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
Customer Assistance: Provide comprehensive information on local attractions, upcoming events, restaurants, hotels, transportation options, and general destination information, tailoring recommendations to each customer's unique interests and needs.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in real-time, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout every interaction.
Destination Promotion: Utilize your knowledge of our destination to suggest exciting events, must-visit attractions, unique experiences, and hidden gems that align with the customer's preferences and travel goals.
Database Management: Accurately log and track all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring detailed documentation and timely follow-up on any outstanding issues or pending requests.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, events, tourism partners, and other departments to ensure all information shared with customers is current, accurate, and comprehensive.

Essential Qualifications


Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, hospitality, or a related field (1-2 years preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered).
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 60+ words per minute to handle fast-paced conversations efficiently.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and engagingly.
