Responsibilities
Ā Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
Ā Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Ā This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Experience in customer service
Ā Strong telephone etiquette
Ā Familiarity with CRM tools
Ā Excellent communication skills
Ā Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Ā Ability to adapt to different personalities
