Remote Live Chat Support Agent (Part-Time)

In this role, you will be the "digital face" of our company, helping customers solve problems and navigate our services in real-time. This is a no-phones position—all communication is handled through our text-based live chat platform. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally. Problem Solving: Assist customers with order tracking, account setups, and general product questions. Multitasking: Manage 2–3 chat windows simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy. Data Entry: Briefly document customer issues in our internal system to help our team improve. Escalation: Identify when a customer needs specialized help and route them to the correct department. Requirements Tech-Ready: A reliable laptop or desktop computer and a stable high-speed internet connection. Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40–50 WPM (words per minute). Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and a friendly tone. Availability: Must be able to commit to at least 15–20 hours per week (flexible shifts available 24/7).
