Passion Home Health Services is seeking a responsive and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to clients, families, and prospective patients through online chat platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely communication in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries via live chat
ā¢ Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and general policies
ā¢ Assist with basic intake questions and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
ā¢ Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems
ā¢ Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications
ā¢ Escalate urgent concerns or clinical questions to supervisors or nursing staff
ā¢ Follow company confidentiality policies and HIPAA guidelines
ā¢ Meet response time and quality performance standards
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required
ā¢ Previous experience in customer service, online support, or healthcare support preferred
ā¢ Excellent written communication skills and grammar
ā¢ Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
ā¢ Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Comfortable using chat platforms, email systems, and basic office software
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
