- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes and suggest solutions to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Knowledge of financial and investment terminology is an asset, but not required.
- Experience using live chat platforms or other chat support tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work during non-traditional business hours, including weekends, if needed.
