Remote Live Chat Support
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
ā¢ Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance
ā¢ Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
ā¢ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
ā¢ Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
ā¢ Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ā¢ Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
ā¢ Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
