REMOTE Live Chat Representative - (Part-Time & Full-Time) Day & Night Shift
We are hiring Remote Live Chat Representatives to provide real-time support to customers via online chat. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or account-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary

• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
