Remote Live Chat Representative
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team at Ryder System in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing exceptional customer service through live chat support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, possess strong communication skills... and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services through live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company
Requirements:
- Driven and adaptable personality traits
- Strong decision-making and leadership soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills
- Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
