What You Will Be... Doing:
Log into our clients chat systems to interact directly with web customers.
Provide prompt responses to inquiries and offer assistance with products and services.
Receive full training on the systems and common queries you might face during shifts.
Work under the guidance of a chat supervisor who will support you with any complex customer issues.
Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Must have a device (Phone, Tablet, Laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
Reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
