Feedback and suggestions for improving chat processes and enhancing client experience.
Strong proficiency in written communication with an ability to convey empathy and understanding.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
Proficient in using chat software and other computer applications.
Flexible availability to handle varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
