Remote Live Chat Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat
Ā Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ā Provide product and service information to customers
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents
Ā Document customer interactions and update records in our database
Ā Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Ā Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Ā Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs
Requirements:
Ā 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support
Ā Excellent communication... typing, and problem-solving skills
Ā Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ā Proficiency in chat software and technology
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
