Remote Litigation Attorney (Products Liability - Dual bar w/ California License)
About the position
Founded in the 1990ās, we are a nationally recognized litigation defense firm with seven offices and over 140 attorneys, we handle complex disputes nationwide for Fortune 500 companies. We offer hands-on litigation experience, mentorship from seasoned trial lawyers, and practice in numerous areas including complex civil litigation, commercial disputes, product liability, toxic torts, and healthcare cases across the United States.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.
ā¢ Case management
ā¢ Drafting critical motions
ā¢ Developing written discovery
ā¢ Taking and defending depositions
ā¢ Participating in court proceedings
ā¢ Trial and appellate experience
Requirements
ā¢ Recent toxic torts or products liability experience
ā¢ Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
