Job duties:

Work remote.

Defend companies and policyholders such as auto and manufacturing companies, and work on warranty cases.

You should have recent experience in some of the following:
· Case management
· Drafting critical motions
· Developing written discovery
· Taking and defending depositions
· Participating in court proceedings
· Trial and appellate experience

Areas of practice:
· Products liability
· Toxic Torts / Asbestos
· Environmental, Healthcare litigation
· General Torts

Required:
· Recent toxic torts or products liability experience
· Must be licensed in California and one of these: IL, IN, KS, MO
