REMOTE Litigation Attorney (must be licensed in Oregon)
A multi-state, west coast litigation firm, is seeking an Oregon-barred Litigation Attorney to join their remote team. This firm specializes in insurance litigation matters, particularly bad faith claims involving auto and property insurance. They represent major insurance clients in California, Oregon, Washington, and more.
This role allows you to work anywhere and fully remotely, while being a part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
ā¢ Drafting and arguing motions.
ā¢ Handling discovery process including taking and defending depositions.
ā¢ Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trial.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% employer-paid for employees); flexible paid time off; and participation in a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
ā¢ J.D. from an accredited law school and active licensure in Oregon;
ā¢ 2+ years of civil litigation experience;
ā¢ Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills;
ā¢ Experience with civil procedure in State and Federal District Courts preferred;
ā¢ Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate with a remote team.
