[Remote] Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote)

Latitude Legal is a full-service national legal services company specializing in providing flexible contract engagements for legal professionals. They are seeking a California licensed Litigation Attorney with extensive civil litigation experience to work on a contract basis, either part-time or full-time, remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities
• Assist with or handle written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, or trial preparation in civil litigation cases

Skills
• California licensed attorney
• At least seven years of civil litigation experience
• 6+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
• Licensed in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Experience with commercial/business litigation
• Experience with labor and employment law
• Experience with personal injury law
• Experience with premises liability matters
• Experience with environmental/toxic tort litigation
• Experience with real estate law
• Experience with mass tort litigation
• Assisted with or handled written discovery
• Assisted with or handled motion work
• Assisted with or handled depositions
• Assisted with or handled hearings
• Assisted with or handled trial preparation in civil litigation cases
