What You'll Do:
ā¢ Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings related to business litigation matters
ā¢ Draft, argue, and respond to motions in civil litigation cases
ā¢ Take and defend depositions
ā¢ Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Collaborate with team members and work independently
What We're Looking for:
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in litigation.
ā¢ Must be admitted to practice law in CA.
ā¢ Must reside in CA.
