Position Title: Remote Litigation Associate - MUST BE BARRED IN CA!!!
The Litigation Associate plays a crucial role in a fast-paced legal environment, contributing to complex cases that demand a high level of expertise and adaptability. Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 / Year DOE
Remote Litigation Associate Responsibilities:
• Drafting and filing motions
• Representing clients in court appearances
• Conducting depositions and hearings
• Managing between 10-15 cases with support from a paralegal
• Meeting a billable hour requirement of 1950
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal service
• Engaging in continuous learning about new areas of law
Remote Litigation Associate Requirements:
• Five or more years of civil litigation experience is preferred
• Strong writing skills
• Barred in California
• Open to candidates with 1-2 years of litigation experience, who must work in the office
• Flexibility to accommodate client meetings across different time zones is preferred
