Remote Litigation Associate

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Fully remote position. Based in Los Angeles, CA but work can be done from anywhere in the U.S. while handling California-based litigation cases.

Please Note: Candidates must have at least 3 years of litigation experience, including federal court practice, and must be an active member of the California Bar.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage all stages of litigation from initial pleadings to resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery documents, and legal filings
• Handle cases in federal and state court settings
• Conduct legal research and formulate case strategy
• Participate in settlement discussions and case assessments
• Collaborate with a team of litigators in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Prior experience in federal court cases
• Strong skills in legal writing, research, and analysis
• Ability to independently manage cases in a remote work environment
• Experience in consumer protection, personal injury, or related fields is beneficial
