[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the delivery and growth of their SmartPush Elite lifecycle and retention services, focusing on enhancing merchant engagement and retention strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn the US-side delivery of SmartPush Elite for assigned merchantsLead merchant kickoff calls, lifecycle discovery, and recommendation reviewsDefine lifecycle strategy and priorities for each merchant engagementTranslate strategy into clear, execution-ready briefs for the SmartPush execution teamReview and QA lifecycle builds completed by the execution teamManage monthly service cadence and scope (30mins - 1 hour per merchant per month)Ensure SmartPush Elite is delivered as a productized service, not bespoke consultingApply consistent frameworks and standards across merchant engagementManage scope, expectations, and prioritization to prevent service creepIdentify patterns across merchants to inform program and offering improvementsIdentify opportunities for additional lifecycle flows, subscriptions, SMS, or expanded servicesSupport expansion conversations in collaboration with Sales and PartnershipsDrive long-term adoption and value realization without owning final deal closeSurface upsell signals and merchant readinessServe as the primary US-side point of coordination between merchants, partners, Product, Marketing Ops, and the SmartPush execution teamProvide structured feedback from merchant conversations into product, messaging, and service evolutionSupport continuous improvement of lifecycle and retention offerings based on real-world usageSkills3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer success, consulting, or services-led growth roles, with comfort owning merchant-facing delivery and strategyStrong understanding of email marketing, lifecycle strategy, retention, and post-purchase growthComfortable leading merchant-facing conversations and strategy reviewsHighly organized and confident managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyStrong communicator who can translate strategy into clear briefs and recommendationsExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, or Operations teamsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving US GTM environmentExperience with HubSpot or MarketoExperience delivering productized services or managed marketing offeringsExperience working with global or distributed teamsCompany OverviewShopline is a global smart commerce enabler providing a true omni-channel platform.
