The role involves designing lifecycle strategies, building campaigns, and collaborating across teams to enhance patient engagement and retention.ResponsibilitiesDesign lifecycle strategies that improve patient signup, onboarding, visit utilization, engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime valueDevelop customer journey maps, segmentation strategies, and personalized experiences across key stages of the patient lifecycleCreate nurture programs that help prospective patients understand the value of care and take actionPartner with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to develop lifecycle programs that improve patient engagement, care adherence, retention, renewal, and long-term value across Origin's care offerings, including OnTrackIdentify friction points and growth opportunities across the patient journey to improve care utilization, satisfaction, and long-term valueBuild, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and future patient engagement channels in IterableManage one-off campaigns, newsletters, promotional sends, operational communications, and product announcementsBuild and operationalize personalized campaigns and targeting strategies that create more relevant patient experiencesMaintain journey logic, audience rules, suppression frameworks, QA processes, and campaign documentationEnsure all communications are on-brand, patient-centered, and aligned with clinical and compliance requirementsDevelop and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, timing, offers, channel mix, and audience segmentsAnalyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendationsMonitor and report on lifecycle KPIs, including engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and revenue contributionDocument campaign changes, test results, and key learnings to build institutional knowledge and inform future lifecycle strategyCommunicate performance insights, program updates, and lifecycle recommendations to cross-functional stakeholdersCollaborate with Product, Experience, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams to support launches, new services, clinic openings, and strategic initiativesTranslate complex healthcare topics into clear, approachable, patient-friendly communicationsIncorporate patient feedback, behavioral insights, and business priorities into lifecycle strategyHelp ensure major product launches and business initiatives have thoughtful communication plans and measurable success criteriaSkills3β5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or email marketingHands-on experience building and optimizing automated journeys and campaigns in platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar.
