[Remote] Lifecycle Marketing Contractor

The Phoenix is dedicated to building a sober active community and is seeking a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Contractor to enhance member engagement. This role involves assessing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs, developing campaigns, and providing actionable recommendations to improve user experiences.ResponsibilitiesConduct an assessment of existing lifecycle marketing programs, user journeys, segmentation strategies, and engagement performanceIdentify key areas of user friction, drop-off, and opportunity across the member lifecycleDevelop and execute a prioritized lifecycle optimization roadmap focused on activation, engagement, retention, and reactivationBuild and optimize a number of lifecycle campaigns, journeys, and experiments within BrazeAnalyze results and provide recommendations, documentation, and future-state roadmap for ongoing lifecycle improvementsSkillsExperience leading lifecycle, CRM, retention, or engagement initiatives for consumer apps, digital products, or engagement-driven platformsStrong hands-on experience with Braze or comparable lifecycle marketing platforms and analytics toolsExperience developing testing strategies, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable recommendationsStrong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to create compelling user communicationsAbility to independently prioritize opportunities, manage projects, and execute with minimal oversightExperience supporting lifecycle programs for mobile apps, community-based platforms, or mission-driven organizationsExperience collaborating closely with product, analytics, and marketing teamsFamiliarity with experimentation frameworks and user behavior analysisCompany OverviewThe Phoenix is a non-profit organization that helps people recover from substance abuse through physical, social, and educational programs.
