Remote Life Insurance Agent – Entry Level & Licensed (Training Provided)

We welcome both licensed agents and individuals who are not yet licensed but are willing to learn and obtain their license. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible remote work and performance-based income potential. You will be partnered with a licensed brokerage while receiving direct mentorship and support through Woods Wealth Solutions. Responsibilities: • Learn and present life insurance solutions to clients • Communicate with prospective clients via phone, text, and Zoom • Schedule and manage appointments • Submit applications (licensed agents only) • Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions • Learn marketing and client acquisition strategies Qualifications: • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. • Strong communication and people skills • Self-motivated and coachable • No experience required • Licensed agents preferred but not required Compensation: • Commission-based income (uncapped earning potential) • Bonus opportunities • Growth and advancement potential • This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped income potential.
