[Remote] Life Cycle Specialist Lead

Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Life Cycle Specialist Lead to support outreach programs and collaborate with Life Cycle Managers to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. The role involves managing sales documentation, providing mentorship, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Responsibilities Execute on outreach programs through various means, such as phone, email, digital tools, and social media Support Life Cycle Managers (LCM) in identifying IB targets (based on BU provided data) to retain sockets and grow revenue Support the Life Cycle Managers in improving the quality of the IB CRM data Based on the guidance from Life Cycle Managers, forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up trade opportunities Prepare quotes for Upgrades and Purchasable Options and present the quotes to customers Navigate customers through sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and for after-market follow up Work closely with sales to elevate the perception of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner Attend customer meetings and presentations as required Provide mentor support to the Regional Life Cycle Specialist Familiarizing oneself with sales tools and technologies utilized by the team, such as CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or sales enablement software Creating and maintaining sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, quotes, and sales reports Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the documentation and organizing them for easy retrieval Collaborating with different internal departments, such as marketing, finance, or logistics, to ensure effective coordination and smooth workflow Communicating relevant information or updates to the sales team and other stakeholders as required Providing guidance/training on tactical aspects of assignments to Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists, connecting them with appropriate resources, and navigating routine challenges in the execution of their work Entering and updating customer and sales-related data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other sales databases Skills Execute on outreach programs through various means, such as phone, email, digital tools, and social media Support Life Cycle Managers (LCM) in identifying IB targets (based on BU provided data) to retain sockets and grow revenue Support the Life Cycle Managers in improving the quality of the IB CRM data Based on the guidance from Life Cycle Managers, forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up trade opportunities Prepare quotes for Upgrades and Purchasable Options and present the quotes to customers Navigate customers through sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and for after-market follow up Work closely with sales to elevate the perception of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner Attend customer meetings and presentations as required Provide mentor support to the Regional Life Cycle Specialist Familiarizing oneself with sales tools and technologies utilized by the team, such as CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, or sales enablement software Creating and maintaining sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, quotes, and sales reports Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the documentation and organizing them for easy retrieval Collaborating with different internal departments, such as marketing, finance, or logistics, to ensure effective coordination and smooth workflow Communicating relevant information or updates to the sales team and other stakeholders as required Supports Regional Life Cycle Sales Specialists, providing guidance/training on tactical aspects of assignments, connecting them with appropriate resources, and navigating routine challenges in the execution of their work Entering and updating customer and sales-related data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other sales databases Updating customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word Ability to consistently maintain a professional phone presence Strong desire to succeed and advance into additional roles within Canon Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in a rapidly growing environment Excellent business and analytical skills required to oversee customer utilization data analysis and program development Excellent presentation/platform skills 4 Year Bachelor's Degree Min 1 to 4 years Experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry or equivalent educational background in lieu of experience Dallas or Houston, Texas preferred Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Service Ability to travel Company Overview Canon Medical provides a comprehensive range of medical imaging solutions, including CT, diagnostic and interventional X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, service solutions, and advanced Healthcare IT.
